Today is 'Market Friday' on HiveBloPoMo & the idea is to go to the market, take 5 pics and posts them.
Well I needed to go to the market anyway, so this was right on time when I looked at the calendar. I felt kinda funny taking pics in the market. Like, really, who does that?
You see, I live in a small town & while there are a couple of other markets, I do most of my shopping at Walmart, so when you tell me to go to the market, that's where I'm headed.
Usually their cheaper then the other markets and it's a one stop shop. I can get everything on my list right there. The only time I go to the other markets is when I want something that they specifically sell.
Well the pics will show that what I was going for the paper towels and I needed a couple of other items that aren't on the market side of Walmart.
Anyways, I had to pick up the pizza my husband wanted & I needed milk & eggs. The other stuff was last minute decisions.
The cucumber I need to go with the salad mix my husband bought, I don't like salad without the cucumbers and the Grapes. I decided that I wanted to dehydrate some grapes. They make a great snack and are so much better and natural then buying packaged raisins (you did know that's what raisins are, just dried up grapes).
Finally you see my cart at the checkout. I like to do the self checkout, it's quicker to me and I just like to get in & out of the store as quick as possible plus I get to keep busy while I'm doing it.
So that was my trip to the market today.
