So today I decided to sing afro gospel song, a jam that I love so much as a matter of fact no day can pass bye without me playing this song at home. When ever I want to dance and feel alright the sound is my sure plug.
The title of this very jam is “Odogwu” by Prinx Emmanuel.
Prinx Emmanuel is one the best afro gospel singer in Nigeria with a unique style of music and also with amazing crew as well.
So I chose this very song today among many others because the song expresses God’s mightiness, God is bigger than Odogwu. Odogwu means great in igbo, So the writer is saying God is mightier than the mightiest, greater than the greatest.
Another part that captures my attention to do this song also was the line in the lyrics that says “this other Gods wey them Dey carry for pocket I cannot relate because my father (God) is not their mate”😃, what a lyrics!!!!!!!!
God is not everyone’s mate, he cannot be compared to anyone big or small either god or gods, as you listen and watch remember nothing is bigger than God he is the biggest of all time and ages. Thank you I love you all.
