Steemit friends must know locusts is not it? But every animal has its own way of reproducing, so is the locust. Grasshopper reproduces in a generative way that is by marriage.

The reproduction of grasshoppers is done by means of male locusts with smaller body size than the female locusts that are above dispensing spermatophere into the female ovipositor. Then the sperm into the female egg through the micropyles (smooth channel).

The process of egg formation lasts for 3 to 4 days through the process of incubation in the soil. And surprisingly, the female locusts are capable of producing up to 300 eggs in a period of 3 to 4 days of incubation.
