Yes astrologer can determine if someone will never get married as per their kundli / vedic horoscope. There are astrological dictums based on which one can predict about no marriage for an individual.
Since I am a KP vedic astrologer so I will explain it as per the dictums of KP vedic astrology paddhati / method.
According to KP vedic astrology the 7th cuspal sublord signify marriage and when it signifies 2,5,7 and 11th house it promise marriage in the planet level.
The marriage will get activated only when it is supported by the mahadasha level planet and so mahadasha planet and its significances is also equally important for the activation of the marriage as mahadasha shows the time of delivery of an event.
Now when the 7th cuspal sublord signifies 1,4,6,8 and 12th house then it deny marriage in the planet level and all level. Over all no marriage is predicted, even if the mahadasha planet signifies and support marriage event.
Marriage will not take place if the 7th cuspal sublord signify marriage in the planet level but the mahadasha ruling planet is not signifying the event during its ruling periods.
If unfortunately a person goes thru a non-supporting marriage event mahadasha ruling period of a planet during his / her youth period then they generally remain unmarried as later on they feels that there is no sense in getting married then as they cannot have children and a family then.
Health issue is also one of the reasons why one do not get married in their life.
Health is signified by 1st cuspal sublord and when it signifies 6th , 8th and 12th house supported by the mahadasha ruling planet also shows continuous health issue and this also becomes one of the factors for no marriage.
It is because the strong activation of 6,8 and 12th house in the mahadasha planet ruling period activates the health issue but also opposes the marriage event in a person’s vedic horoscope and hence no marriage happens for such person.
In other way if we see from the above dictum which say that the signification of 6,8 and 12th house deny marriage and so is for the mahadasha ruling period.
As I always say that vedic astrology is very complex shastra and one need to understand it well before jumping with the gun of predictions.
There is an exception in the dictum of no marriage.
When 1st cuspal sublord signify 6,8 and 12th house and the mahadasha also signify 6,8 and 12th house then as per the above said dictum it is no marriage predicted on health issue ground. But there is an exception here in this dictum.
If a person has this significance and he happens to be a doctor or a scientist then his he will not suffer much with his health as he is getting aligned with his horoscope and because of lower health issue ( which is not critical ) he can get married.
So for the reader, one need to understand very well the person in question first and then do the deep horoscope reading and this will minimize and eliminate the error in predictions.
