As far as I'm aware, as others have mentioned here:

• they don't own a trademark
• hive is a common word
• we aren't 100% in the same space
• there's not really anyone they can sue besides domain name holders?

I don't know. I'm not too worried about it honestly. I'm focused on building better shit ;^)
