I'm hoping to get in contact with someone from the new chain team & convince them that instead of forking out the "ninja-mined" stake, we should instead transfer it into a few different places:

• A little to boost the initial supply of the proposal system
• set some aside for prizes for a dapp hackathon to help spur along our ecosystem in the early days
• put some into a DAO specifically used for marketing, where talented people can pitch their videos, ads, banners, and promotions that they use to market Hive
