Stealing implies ownership.

No one owned any HIVE before Hive was launched. Therefore, excluding who was allowed the "duplication" token is not stealing.

People on Steem paid actual money for some of their STEEM, and it was actually taken away from them.

None of your HIVE was taken from you, because you didn't own any to begin with.

I'm not necessarily on board 100% with the blacklist that happened, but this argument of "Hive witnesses stole your non-existent tokens!" is so mind numbingly dull in how wrong its base premise is. You're building a house on mud, there's no good foundation for your argument.
