Since there has been no verified sources on sun + sand + salt killing this virus, and all of the points you've mentioned about the often crowded & therefore dangerous spaces, I'd choose to stay in doors during this time honestly.

I'm lucky enough to have a nice secluded deck in my backyard that gets plenty of sunshine, so if I ever feel the need for some rays I'd just sit out on my own property & not have to worry about bumping into anyone :^)
