it's not much better here in holland so far DHL is the most stable solution ,and it's not always the failure of the person delivering the package . i had orderd something after we moved told them our new adress and still they managed to ship it to my old adress , asked them to correct the mistake and they even manage to send a third time to the old adress so after 2 months i finally got the goods on my new adress . that was with GLS...

The local dutch postal service just drops it at your doorsteps they don't even care if you are home or not.
