I came to the chain +9 years ago , strugled a lot with those bloody keys in the begining ( they are still here after 28 forks ) they are not user friendly imho , thankfully we have a keychain these days , although they seem to add more and more to the app to a point that i come and wonder do i still want to use this or not.

If you find the right communities and people hive can be a nice place , if you piss off a whale then you probably end up in hive hell of downvotes. I've have left Hive twice and still came back for the friends i've made over the years .

And these days i'm even running 2 witnesses and a seeding node , just to try another part of hive .

Would i stay if i joined today , hard to tell a lot of nice people have left or are still here but not posting anymore .

I don't think that my first experience would be the same , probably worse.
