As 
@aggroed would say, i'm a minnow on this website. And this issue is affecting minnows like me the most. The price of steem has been taking huge drops. At one point my account was worth $10.26 at one point and then dropped to $10.11 . This didn't seem huge at first, just a couple of cents. No big deal. Then it continued, $9.83, $9.80, $9.03! I promoted one of my post hoping it would help with all of my loses, but it didn't. Now because I spent a steem dollar now it's $8.00 . And now it's currently sitting at $7.99 at the time of writing this article.
Steemit was not alone in these huge drops. Bitcoin and a huge amount of cryptos have dropped a good amount. Most of them have rebounded. My account has gotten a dollar back. About half of what I lost. I'm not sure if anybody else have noticed this, especially the big guys since they gain a good amount of steem pretty much every single day.
