It seems like you've already had the obligatory Chicken Pizza! If you're into Mayan sites, I would recommend Uxmal and of course Palenque, a bit further in Chiapas.

Oh, and no matter whether you're traveling in a large group or a small one, you really should stop by in Mazunte on the coast of Oaxaca! I'm certain you would love it.
