I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 0hh:20mm:0ss ! Getting exhausted with my dog(Caucasian breed) that weighs 30kg, tried to do a few sets of squat with him just for fun. He was so excited his tail kept wagging. 15 reps, 3 sets
