In the architectural standards of practice, your current work is still locked in the schematic design phase and will be proceeding to the next stage called the design development phase. That would depend on the house owner's approval and changes that have to be implemented before moving forward with the project.

You mentioned that you are not a professional designer. May I ask what course you have completed at your university or college?
