SteemPlus features enhancement and bug fix

What's new ?

This new version of Steem-Plus will correct a few bugs, mostly induced by slight interface changes. Thanks to users feedback, you could easily find the source of the problem! Thanks to all of you for your feedback! Keep going!

We also added some changes to already existing features.

Bug List

1. Clear button in Create Post does not clear the post

   Updated behavior of the button.
2. Feed + navigation button not appearing

   The code was only executed if the page was reloaded. Added triggered to partial refresh of the page.
3. Unable to classify user
   https://github.com/stoodkev/SteemPlus/issues/140
   The address of the Steem Sincerity API was not correct.
4. Voters list appearing at differents locations on the same page
   https://github.com/stoodkev/SteemPlus/issues/138
   The voters list for a post was appearing in different dropdown. We triggered too many elements.
5. Tip button not appearing
   https://github.com/stoodkev/SteemPlus/issues/141
   Updated conditions to display tip button. This was due to a change in Busy's interface.
6. Incorrect Pending Rewards
   https://github.com/stoodkev/SteemPlus/issues/133
   We updated the way we used to calculate the pending rewards.
7. Beneficiaries not starting on Busy
   The regex we used to trigger the page was not correct.
8. Delegations
   Due to a change on Steemit interface, delegation was only starting on a user's own page because a graphical element was missing on other wallets.

New features

QR Code for SteemWallet
Few days ago, @roelandp released SteemWallet, an App that lets you store and encrypt your keys, in order to send STEEM or SBD easily. Thanks to @helo 's Pull Request, a QR code has been added on user popovers (the one you can follow/unfollow people).

This way you can be sure you don t send your precious crypto to the wrong account.
@helo is also an Utopian moderator and a witness, you can vote for him here.

Updated features

1. Wallet
   We added all the power up, the start and the end of a power down. You will now have a row with Power Up and the value of this Power Up, a row when you start a new Power Down and one if you decide to cancel it.
2. Resteem Count
   We realized that a huge number of request were sent to the server of Steemplus-API because this feature was launched everytime a post was open. This is the reason why we decided to change its behavior. If you want to see the resteems, you can now click on the resteem indicator.

• Voting slider for minnows (you do not need to vote at 100% anymore!)
• True value of your account on your wallet (calculated with current SBD and STEEM market prices)
