If you can create an opensource API for retrieving the information needed to display a user's NFTS (it's messy by using Hive Engine), I'd believe your claim to be the most advanced NFT market on Hive and would vote for your proposal.
If you don't manage to get funding now, try to go further in the development and publish regular updates, it's easier to get funding for work that is already done.
