This is a Part 2 to my previous post on Unreal Engine 4 (you can check it out here:

https://steemit.com/@stolentissue/unreal-engine-4-everything-you-need-to-know-part-1

In this part of my Unreal Engine 4 series I will be going over how to install Unreal Engine 4.

Please keep in mind that this post is geared towards Windows users.

To start off, you want to head over to this website: https://www.unrealengine.com/register

Next, go ahead and sign up for an account for Epic Games (they are trustworthy, so don't worry)

Once you have done this you will be redirected to the download page:

Click on "Proceed to Download" and it will download the file based on your operating system.

Follow the instructions and install the Epic Games Launcher

Now this does not install Unreal Engine 4, it installs the Epic Games Launcher. The Epic Games Launcher allows you to download Unreal Engine.

If you need an alternative way to install (without the Epic Games Launcher or from Source) then go to this link:

https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-us/Programming/Development/BuildingUnrealEngine

Once the Epic Games Launcher is done installing just go ahead and open it.

Head over to the "Library" tab and you will see something similar to this:

You will see the latest version of Unreal Engine 4 available (in this case it is 4.20.0).

From there just click "Install" and it will install Unreal Engine.

That is it on how to install Unreal Engine 4, I hope you liked part 2 of my Unreal Engine 4 series!

Please Upvote and Follow, it helps me create more great content in the future!
