Have you ever wanted to make your own Video Game? Or get into the Video Game Development community?

This tutorial will get you able to start making games with Unity 3D.

Unity 3D is a great program that will get anyone into making video games. Very innovative, clean UI, and very easy to use.

Here is how you can get started.

Installing:

First you want to head over to https://store.unity.com/ this is the official download page for Unity, I would not recommend downloading it from anywhere else except here.

You should now click "Try Personal" unless you want to buy the extra features that come with Plus and Pro.

It should take you to the download and here you can download Unity for Windows or Mac OS X.

Now you should open the installer and install Unity.

Ok, after the installation you should be greeted with this, you are going to have to create an account, but everything should be working!

Now that Unity is set up, you should take a look at some websites and tutorials to get started. My personal favourite is the Unity 3D Udemy Course: https://www.udemy.com/unitycourse2/

The course teaches you 2d and 3d Game Development skills, an understanding with Unity, and great knowledge of C# (a great programming language)

If you are lucky, you could probably catch the course for a really discounted price!

Another great place to learn is from Unity's own tutorials, they give you a great understanding of the software and game development techniques. https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials

It is also good to note that all the documentation comes installed with the game engine, so you can access it straight from the software.
