I still can’t tell if it’s for the better or for the worse—or if it was always there, only without a name. I’ve tried to deal with this—with my thoughts, emotions, ideas, and dreams. It’s no easy task. Many of us struggle to let go, to release, to express what we feel. For others, it’s easier to say everything they think without considering the consequences of how their words might affect others. This is something I’ve struggled to learn and accept. That’s why, even though I don’t like it, I’ve made the decision to simply not be present in anyone’s life—without bothering anyone, without seeking anything—alone on my own, trying to survive in such a complicated world. The truth is that right now everyone is in their own world—that is, everyone is going their own way, also trying to survive, with their own problems, jobs, and families. So, why bother? Let’s just carry on as if nothing’s wrong, as if everything is fine. Try to eat well, exercise, keep your mind occupied, without distractions, focus on what you want, and move forward. Remember that nothing lasts forever, and that everything passes.
