Wow what a week, it was a bit like buses you wait all day then suddenly two come along at once and so it was with the planets. Well it was a bit more than a days wait and they didn't come at once but a day apart but I am not complaining!

A Common Uranium

A Uncommon Atmosphere

Actually having more planets is making me spend a lot longer on the game than I attend to but the disavantge of new planets is the early builds are quite quick so you end up spending more time checking back to complete the next upgrade.

I am struggling to get Corvettes up and running and actually I'd rather have transporters now so that I could ferry stuff around. I really want to up my skills and you can do that from any of your planets resources but since I now have 2 well developed planets and two not so well developed its proving difficult to manage resources efficiently.

Shouldn't complain though since I am very lucky to have found these two and they well help in the race to expand out further and try to claim more.

My Current Map

Still plenty of space to explore and at least one inactive account nearby if only I had the Corvettes to attack it. The last couple of levels of the upgrade are the most frustrating as they take the longest and require the most resources. I do need to better plan out my actions now as I do believe time is of the utmost importance and the thorny issue of defence/attack is constantly playing on my mind. I still firmly believe I am very much in the exploration phase and its best to concentrate on that for now.

I have been wondering how your overall meta skill level is calculated, I was thinking it is your current skill levels and certainly not how much planets or resources you have. Just checked out a thought I had on this and its just the addition of all of your current skill level numbers.
