It's been a little over a month ok since I made my first post and since I joined this community. I soon gained confidence in yours. I quickly got a lot of votes. In most posts I have written about my city where I live about Smederevo. Glad you liked those posts. We might be reminded a little bit about what I posted during this time ...
On February 15, 2020, I made my first post. That day is a national holiday of the Republic of Serbia, it is a historic day for our country. On that day, many things were happening about Serbia that were important to my country. Many countries in the world have painted their largest buildings in the colors of Serbian tricolor (red, blue, white), thank them for respecting my country.
The next post was related to my baptismal word, an Orthodox custom that only Serbs have, on that day a family celebrating in honor of their saint guarding that family. The locals light a large candle for the custom, make special breads, make the most beautiful mixture of cereals and nuts, and serve the best wine. In addition to these main things, the table also includes delicious food, various drinks, many delicious cakes, cakes, ... At the host's house, usually a large number of guests come to celebrate all together in honor of a certain saint.
Then I posted pictures of a beautiful monument in the Serbian capital, Belgrade. Erected in honor of Russian Tsar Nikolai 2 Romanov. The Russian Tsar did much to help his brothers, the Serbs. Whenever Serbia needed any political help, the Russian Emperor was there to help. The greatest help Nikolai did to Serbia was during the First World War. When all the Serbian army withdrew from Serbia through the Albanian mountains (in history this event is called the Albanian Golgotha) then the Serbs were the most affected, and somehow they barely reached the Albanian shores of the Adriatic Sea, when the Serbs who were overwhelmed because they were walking for thousands of kilometers , waiting for the Allied ships to transfer them to the Greek island of Corfu, there were no ships. Then the Russian Emperor told Italy of Iran that Russia would withdraw from the war if they did not send ships for the tired Serbian army. Fearing that Russia would not wage war Italy and France immediately sent ships to rescue the leading Serbian army.
There was also the announcement of a museum displaying homes in towns and villages throughout Serbia throughout history. How people lived, what their rooms, yards, houses looked like, there are many beautiful models. Like many beautiful settings throughout the museum.
