Really interesting story. And just as I thought, the bastard is already making his way towards reclaiming the throne of his father, and also marrying his dream wife. I was surprised to see that the lady also liked him and was ready to be a nun if she doesn't marry him.

A quick lesson I learned from this part of the story is that someone who really loves you will be there for you no matter what. He/she will give you any support needed to build a good home and you both get to be happy and succeed together. They also give you good advice that will help advance your Life in many areas, just like the Noble's daughter who gave the bastard the advice of enlisting in the king's service.

From all indication, the bastard is a bold man, ready to face whatever comes in his way, ready to knock on and open any door, ready to fight whatever fight is required. I pray fate continues to smile on him and his footsteps be far from misfortunes.

Welcome back Sir vcelier@vcelier. I hope you had a good time in Paris. And other places you went to.
Thank God for Journey mercies 🙏
