Every line of this poem says nothing but the truth. Especially as it relates to being a man. It's often very difficult for us to express our feeling.

If only the tears will fall,
Maybe I will heal fast as others do,
If only the tears will fall
And I will have the chance of expression.

A problem shared is a problem half solved. Sometimes the so much needed relief comes from just letting go, talking to someone and having an open mind.
