I really don’t know where the idea originated but I think I remember hearing that the Petersons were told to adopt the diet by a medical doctor. Don’t quote me.
There is information about an all fruit diet and I have been giving it my best shot. Still eating a bit of gluten free bread but mostly sticking to it. I’ve been feeling pretty darn good too.
