This is great. I hope that the model is profitable enough to allow these cafes to stay in business.
Just one thing. The link you provided for the U.S. cafe led to a description of one in London. I would love to see one here but I find it doubtful that here in the land of rampant consumerism and waste anyone would try.
It would be great to be surprised though.
Is there one or more of these cafes in the U.S. that you know of?
I understand that some plastics can be recycled to make liquid fuel too. That seems a more likely endeavor to find in the states.
