Bull or Bear will win the fight

Since the change in prices is cyclical it is never as simple as there being a winner one way or the other. When values are rising everyone will say the bulls are winning, when they fall its the bears in front. There never will be a definitive answer to this question, since there is no finite finish line to cross to determine a winner. All you can do is hope you're on the right side of any strategy you are following at the time the big jumps and dives happen.
