Another hot day in the UK looming large, as we take to the tracks with 6 meetings and 44 races looking to nab those winners today. Brighton kicks us off at lunchtime with the first race at 1:50pm, and the curtain is called on the action with 9:00pm at Wetherby.
Recap - Monday, 12th June, 2023
We grabbed a good winner yesterday, despite my mind and playing tricks on me. My intention was to stick to the three tipsters on 6 wins, yet i somehow mis-read the spreadsheet and included Marlborough in the list of potential bets (he only had 5 winners). Fortunately his inclusion gave us our winner yesterday, and at higher starting odds than I got when placing the bet, so a doubly fortunate.
Elraaed got away quickly, under current champion jockey Willaim Buick. Always prominent, and move to take the lead at halfway. Remained in the lead until 2 furlongs from home, but came back strongly inside the final furlong to win by a neck at the line. We got on this one at 5-1, and he made it home with an SP of 17-2 which netted us an extra £0.35p.
Tipsters Standings
Lee Sobot remains at the head of the table after yesterdays results, so we return to taking a selection from him today, since he has chosen a runner with better odds than yesterday, (which finished second in any case, thus justifying my decision not to take that one.)

A winner on her handicap debut last time out at Redcar 14 days ago. A furlong less to travel today. Handicapper has rated her 7lbs higher in the handicap this time around.
