We had 4 runners in our bets, yesterday and scored 1 winner from those selections. One fell, whilst the other two finished 2nd and 3rd.
Muker
Drawn in the middle of the stalls, jumped out well, and settled down in the rear trio of the field. Started looking for a way through the leading pack from 2f out, making good headway. Pushed on from a furlong to go, ultimately grabbing the lead in the final 110 yards, pulling away slightly to finish 1/2 a length ahead of second placed Mr Beaufort at the line.
Tipsters Standings
Again, not a huige amount of success for those at the top of the May table, though the group on 6 wins for the month has increased to eight tipsters after yesterdays results. Will any of that groups jump onto 7 winners today? We shall see. Newmarket will stay 1 ahead regardless, however, although we'd obviously prefer if he bagged a winner today and got the last third of the month off to a good start.
