I am not sure what you mean. You can sell Hive on a few exchanges like Bittrex or Binance. Esteem points can be redeemed to boost a post you make with the app. Once you make the post you click on the three dots to see some options like share or cross post. You will see boost. You need 150 points to boost. Then that post will get a bigger reward.
