A wage increase is great, ay-offs for others may not seem so great to them today, but who knows?

You realise that usually means more work with less people though? Of course you do 😁

Whenever people tell me (often panicked) they are going to lose their job, I always give them the same advice... They often tell me later, that I was right and the advice helped;

I tell them they have a 50/50 chance of ending up in a better position, for a gambler those odds would be pretty amazing. Even if the situation isn't better, they can change again, and have a 50/50 chance of ending up in a better position.

Gideon looks fairly happy with his position in life, I have to say.
