Regarding the nations you mention, I'm thinking primarily of some African nations; I think they will be heavily subsidised to take on the tech, relying on short-term thinking. Much like how they started selling printers for £25 here, with a cartridge at about £8; fast forward 2 years, and the cartridge had risen to £30.
