The year will pass out in 3 days time, many have started counting their gains and losses from various resolutions. How many were achieved to celebrate about and those losses to sorrow about.
Plans are very vital to business, human living and governance. This is so true because anyone that “fails to plan, plans to fail”
But Planning never gets the job done, having plans are never enough to execute it. Business plans and goals if not properly communicated to staffs may yield zero result since the people who are supposed to carry out the plans have little or no knowledge about it.
Action they say speaks louder than voice(either inner voice or outer voice in other words plans conceived and written out). So if all of this plans are dormant waiting for all things to be in place before execution, you have already dug the grave for such plans as maybe the last item on the list.
Most times we fail to ascertain all our goals for each year due to failure on our own part to identify the little roots in some of our plans and trace it to the tree. We may come in contact with this little opportunities in so many ways but we are blinded towards them.
So as you plan, create space to accommodate any form of opportunity that you may come across to avoid fall out. Ensure a proper communication channel and good understanding by employees if it's a corporate plan.
Even for individual, make sure you have an accurate knowledge of what your plan involves, the amount of energy each of them requires and those you might need in the process of execution to avoid turn down and uncertainties during execution. If possible share with a close pal to brainstorm over them and have his/her opinion about them.
More so, take one at a time if possible within the set time you budgeted for each to be accomplished but in a situation where one is looking impossible after all your efforts, pend it and proceed to the next one, if the second works out and opportunity comes in for the first one, execute it and match on with the two.
And most importantly commit it to God.
Lastly always see disappointment as an opportunity for other appointments, NO as next opportunity and YES as yours esteemed sincerely.
