On MLK day,  I got a well deserve massage. My body felt relax and refresh.  Just feel like a new person. Rejuvenated and refresh.  Ready to  go back to the grind of  my 9-5 job tomorrow.

The therapist made all the difference.  She was small in stature but her feet and hands applied the necessary pressure to soothe my body. She really got all the kinks and knots out. Just a true master in her art.  It was like her hands and  feet had a mind of their own that probe and  prodded  the tightness from my body.  I was just "ooooohhh and aaaahh " the whole time.  I hope their was no one outside the door hearing my moans and groans.  What would  they be  thinking?  Ask me if  I care, it was true bliss !

When I say she used her feet, I mean just that. She walked on my back and the pressure applied was heavenly.   I just felt so relax. My posture was so improved. I walked  with a bounce in my step  and my posture was erect and proper. I  had no slouch in my spine.  She just straightened it out.  My chest was pumped out, shoulders back , and  neck up.  If I had a book on my head, it would be perfectly balance and definitely would not fall off.

I've been a life long  proponent and fan of massages. The benefit it provides does wonders for one's health.  And when one finds a therapist that just plays your body like a fiddle, you've found "gold."  It's been 3 hours since my massage and my body is still  relax with no tension.  She massage all my body stress away.  A true master in her craft.  I can only wish you can find one like her when you get your own  massage.

I strongly recommend a massage for everyone. Incorporate it in your health regimen.   It will do wonders for you. Give yourself a treat. Your body will thank you!

          Disclaimer:  "No happy ending!" lol
