I'm pretty sure that SK Tokens will be used to reward steem blogs promoted on Twitter

This would be one of many uses.

Mainly, "SK" SMT's would be used to reward and fund Promotional Activities outside of the #Steem Ecosystem with a prime focus on leveraging Social Media.
