I would like to think that I am a reasonably level headed person having earned my stripes with over +30 years experience in Business with a focus on the Commercials and Investments.

In a reply to an earlier comment, I talked about the distinct possibility that there may well be a clear reason not to want to promote #Steem and if this theory was correct and I was right, then I can see the absolute reasoning behind it.

This theory would make more sense to me and is one that I for one could accept, rather than the alternative of a lack of appetite to want to promote #Steem which I believe comes at a higher price!
