Mario Drawing in Procreate

I finished up a drawing I started last night for @landonator. He's absolutely hooked on Mario right now. He's constantly pretending he's Mario or Luigi as he runs around the house fighting pretend Bowsers or Rabbits (the main enemies in Mario Odyssey).

This probably won't be the last Mario I do in the next little while. I know when I show him this tomorrow he'll ask me about Luigi too. I think the next one will be of the two of them, maybe with Bowser too. Maybe a battle scene with the three of them or something will be a good challenge.

I tried to go a little darker on the shading than the average Mario would be. Gives him a more bad-ass sort of look for a short bubbly Italian guy. I think Bowser will look good with this darker shading.

What do you think?
