Welcome to the 20th episode of the stemng digest series where we bring to you some of the best posts under the #stemng tag in the past week.
For those that do not know yet, stemng is a sub-community of steemSTEM, a community-driven project which seeks to promote well-written and informative Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics posts by Nigerians on Steemit. The project involves submitting quality STEM-related posts to the steemSTEM management for upvoting and resteeming where applicable.

As we usually do, we have sifted through the stemng tag and even though there were several good posts to choose from, below are the posts that stood out for week #14.
For some of us who like Sylvester Stallon have zero idea what cloud is and how things can be safely stored there, look no further, 
@addempsea is here to save us. The post explains what cloud is, why we opt for it, its uses, attributes, vulnerabilities, etc. The devil is always in the details, for that details, check the blog post
The second post of the week is from 
@henrychidiebere. Since almost everything is on the internet, the post looks at the Virtual Private Network (VPN) and how it enables a safe remote connection without compromising your valued data. As usual for a more in-depth look at other things, you can always take a trip to the blog.
The 
@samminator takes on the issue of digitalisation as it affects automation and how it will change the future. On the changes, the article highlighted the impact on jobs, environment (especially the pollution due to industrialisation).
At the fourth post of the week is the one written by 
@stembuzz. Man's fascination with what lies beyond the Earth is one that is as old as man. The quest to know more made some of the astronomers to come up with different theories with different levels of accuracy.
The title of the work by 
@pearlumie gives us a glimpse into the contents of the blog. It includes the mantis that can see ultraviolet light, how fasting could help us age slow. You may have heard junk food being bad for you, but do you know that it can be a problem for women with childbearing in mind? For more of these, click the link above.
You may take for granted the hot cup of coffee on your breakfast table, but 
@pangoli does not. The explanation of how the cold liquid on the kettle turns to scalding water is explained beautifully in the article.
Now we are at the last post of the week which was written by 
@olajidekehinde. The importance of biodiversity and why we should take it seriously, including the threats to it, is all laid down on the post.
