Massive change, 50% less rewards.

It's an experiment ultimately. I feel it is best for our community and token, as I want to ensure community members get the majority of the rewards.

A big factor is STEM is not a popular topic on Hive, and I want to minimize the amount of tokens created until there are more viable canidates to receive them.
