@phusionphil yeah true,but also some countries with bad governance are doing the same too,for example the government in Nigeria is not sincere with it's citizens and they were busy using covid19 to cover-up for some fraudulent actions,they steal money and claim they used the money for some projects to help handle covid19 but they actually embezzle the money and use it for their personal use...
