I was wondering what the reason would be that an article of mine isn't included in the round? I had 70DVS staked at the time I wrote the article: @stekene/rates-of-pulling-a-gold-belt

Are just a certain number of articles selected each round? If yes, what are the criteria / chanches of being chosen?

Is there a maximum of upvotes you could get (each day / week /...) ?
