Greetings everyone, hope y'all are doing great. Best wishes to all musicians, listeners, admins, curators and everyone in the community..... This is Stefanovah and I'm here for week 141 of our wonderful Hive Open Mic. It's an honour and always is fun, to share music with you.

The theme for this week chosen by @purplesinger is winter. It is the current season, only in some parts of the world but is synonymous with an event being celebrated all around the world. Christmas.... Winter is associated with cold and sometimes darkness or night, but in it we celebrate light and hope coming into the world via the birth of Jesus the Christ. So I'm doing the Christmas carol, O holy night.

The song was originally by Adolph Adam and there have been so many versions of it in different languages, the one which I did a cover of is by a group called Hometown..... Unfortunately, the key of the backing track is quite high and I struggled a lot with the chorus, singing it low at first and then in part. It is not my best singing but I hope you like this cover.

Soy Stefanovah y estoy aquí para la semana ciento cuarenta y uno de nuestro maravilloso Hive Open Mic. Es un honor y siempre es divertido compartir música contigo.

El tema elegido por @purplesinger para esta semana es el invierno. Es la temporada actual, solo en algunas partes del mundo pero es sinónimo de un evento que se celebra en todo el mundo. Navidad.... El invierno se asocia con el frío ya veces con la oscuridad o la noche, pero en él celebramos la llegada de la luz y la esperanza al mundo a través del nacimiento de Jesús el Cristo. Así que estoy cantando el villancico, Oh santa noche.

La canción fue originalmente de Adolph Adam y ha habido tantas versiones en diferentes idiomas, de la que hice una versión es de un grupo llamado Hometown... Desafortunadamente, la clave de la pista de fondo es bastante alta. y luché mucho con el coro, cantándolo bajo al principio y luego en parte. No es mi mejor canto pero espero que les guste este cover.
