Renato Massari is an Italian painter.
In 1974 he was awarded the title of "BENEMERITE ACADEMIC" by the Guglielmo Marconi Universal Academy in Rome.
The following is an author's critique of his painting:
"His is a universal language, because it speaks a universal language. The language of the simple, the genuine, the eternal. Perhaps, precisely because of this, Renato Massari, intelligent, dynamic, capable, has convinced critics and public alike." (Giorgio Mancini - 1978)

The painting depicts a silvery sky and a cluster of leaves floating in the air. The intent of this painting is to represent the evening as an icy condition, in fact the silvery sky gives a feeling of coldness. The falling leaves are a representation of the evening, these are a testimony that the day is over and the time that has been lost can no longer be recovered. The concept of evening and autumn are combined in this painting, enhancing to the fullest the message the painting is meant to convey, which is that one should be careful about wasting time in the best seasons.

In the lower right corner we find real leaves dried and stuck on the wooden board. The leaves were then painted with the colors the artist wanted.

In the upper left corner we find a celestial body that should represent the moon, but it could also be a cold sun.

Renato Massari è un pittore italiano.
Nel 1974 ottiene la nomina di "ACCADEMICO BENEMERITO" dall'Accademia Universale Guglielmo Marconi di Roma.
Qui di seguito una critica d’autore a riguardo della sua pittura:

Il dipinto rappresenta un cielo argenteo ed un agglomerato di foglie che fluttuano nell’aria. L’intento di questo dipinto è quello di rappresentare la sera come una condizione gelida, infatti il cielo argentato da una sensazione di freddo. Le foglie che cadono sono la rappresentazione della sera, queste sono una testimonianza che il giorno è finito ed il tempo che si è perso non è più recuperabile. In questo dipinto vengono uniti il concetto di sera e di autunno, esaltando al massimo il messaggio che il dipinto vuole trasmette, cioè che bisogna stare attenti a perdere tempo nelle stagioni migliori.

In basso a destra troviamo delle foglie vere essiccate ed appiccicate sulla tavola di legno. Le foglie sono state poi dipinte con i colori che voleva l’artista.

In alto a sinistra troviamo un corpo celeste che dovrebbe rappresentare la luna, ma potrebbe essere anche essere un sole freddo.
