Interesting topic.. as far as I'm concerned I'm not one who is against automatic votes, but I, as a small user, prefer to read and upvote posts depending on their quality. Giving a good void to a post that I haven't read and that could be of poor quality doesn't please me. However, I understand that by doing so I don't encourage those who need to grow. As for voting on my own posts, I never do it.
