Last September I was at a classic car show and saw a 1965 Fiat 1200 S OSI for the first time in my life.
To tell about this car, we must start with the FIAT 1200.
The Fiat 1200 is a car produced by the Italian car company Fiat. This car was produced from 1957 to 1960. The main model of this car was the saloon version, but other versions were made, the spider and the coupé.
In terms of design, the 1200 had lines similar to US vehicles of the time. The engine had a displacement of 1220 cubic centimetres. This car replaced the 1100, but placed itself in a higher market segment. Compared to the 1100, this car had a more refined finish, more power and a more luxurious body.
Now let's talk in detail about the car I saw at the event.
The Fiat 1200 S OSI was a car produced by the Italian coachbuilder OSI between 1963 and 1966 that was a modified version of the Fiat 1200. The coupé version was presented at the Geneva Motor Show in 1964. OSI was founded by Luigi Segre in 1960 and dissolved in 1968.
The Fiat 1200 S OSI in my opinion was a very successful model that had a very attractive design for the time. If I have to be honest, I still like it today.
The current price of this car is around 25,000 euros.

Lo scorso settembre sono stato ad una manifestazione di auto d’epoca ed ho visto per la prima volta in vita mia una Fiat 1200 S OSI del 1965.
Per raccontare questa macchina dobbiamo partire dalla FIAT 1200.
La Fiat 1200 è un’automobile prodotta dall’azienda automobilistica italiana Fiat. Questa vettura fu prodotta dal 1957 al 1960. Il modello principale di questa autovettura era la versione berlina, ma furono fatte altre versioni, la spider e la coupé.
A livello di design la 1200 aveva linee analoghe ai veicoli statunitensi dell’epoca. Il motore aveva una cilindrata di 1220 cm cubici. Questa autovettura sostituisce la 1100 piazzandosi però in una fascia di mercato superiore. Infatti questa autovettura rispetto alla 1100 aveva delle finiture più curate, maggiore potenza ed una carrozzeria più pregiata.
Andiamo invece ora a parlare nel dettaglio dell’autovettura che ho visto alla manifestazione.
La Fiat 1200 S OSI è un'autovettura prodotta dal carrozziere italiano OSI tra il 1963 e il 1966 che riproponeva una versione modificata della Fiat 1200. La versione coupé fu presentata al Salone di Ginevra nel 1964. La OSI fu fondata da Luigi Segre nel 1960 e si sciolse nel 1968.
La Fiat 1200 S OSI a mio avviso fu un modello ben riuscito che aveva un design molto accattivante per l’epoca. Se devo essere sincero a me piace ancora oggi.
Il prezzo attuale di questa autovettura si aggira sui 25.000 euro.
