Description from Strava:
It has been a while since I did any interval training, so that was the aim for the run today. It looks like there was a little more rain last night and the temperature was nicely cool. I still have a bit of a cold, but am generally feeling okay. I did a very gentle jog along the road to the hill I run up. I have done this workout many times over the years and still find it a challenge.

Pace

I did five sprints today and the pace was pretty good really. I was peaking well under 5min/km and getting some of my best times in a while. It did feel hard though and I used the walk/jog back down to recover a bit. I have done six sprints recently, but this was enough today so I jogged home taking the long route.

We are now into October and I saw my first Halloween decorations yesterday. That seems a bit early. Today is also Hive Power Up Day where I stake a little more cryptocurrency to increase my vote value on my favourite social platform. My offer to create accounts still stands. I use the strava2hive@strava2hive service to create posts from my activities and would love to see more people using that.

Have a great day and run free!
