Description from Strava:
It has been slightly warmer recently and it is lighter in the mornings. It looked like it might rain on my run, but it held off. After feeding the chicken I set off for my usual hill to do some sprint intervals. I was taking it very gently for the rest of the time.

It went well with a better average on the uphill than some recent outings and one was much quicker. It was hard work though. I used the downhill jogs to recover a little.

On the podcasts I was listening to Richard Herring talk to mathematician Matt Parker whose latest book I have on my pile to read.

Although it is mid-February it is looking a bit like spring with various bulbs flowering. I think nature is getting confused and that is not good. Our winters seem milder these days. I'm sure when I was a kid they got much colder.

I hope it is all good where you are and run free!
