Description from Strava:
I usually check the online local weather before a run. Today it said low change of range and about 4C. I just went for my warmer long sleeve top, but when I got out it felt colder and Strava said it would feel like -2C. I carried on anyway.

I just did the usual loop. My legs were still recovering from the 21km I did over the weekend, so I was not especially quick. I did speed up down the hills though to get the legs working. I was not breaking any personal records today.

I was listening to the Drummers on Drumming Podcast. This is a new one for me and I am not sure if it is what I want. They talk about the job of being a drummer, but I will never be a pro. I like to hear about gear and technique, so I may pick others. I have a variety of podcasts available on my feed anyway and I pick a selection that I will actually listen to.

I had my usual orange juice and cereal with oat milk after the run. When I start work I have a coffee, but with a run I am already well awake.

Have a great day and run free!
