Description from Strava:
I did not get my usual Sunday run as we were out all day, but I still walked a lot. Today I was able to get out there and opted for a quick loop around the villages.

I wanted to miss the school crowds, but there were a few kids out. They do not always look where they are going on their bikes and scooters. Coming out the other side of Stotfold there is a long climb up to Fairfield. I just tried to keep going despite my legs feeling a little tired. At least I could look forward to coming back down the other side into Arlesey.

Coming back along the High Street there were a few cars parked on the path, which is not ideal. I do not really see a need for it and it is an issue for anyone with a pram or buggie.

I was listening to Richard Herring's podcast where he was being silly with Tim Key. I have almost caught up with all episodes of Add To Playlist, so that may free up time for some other shows. I only tend to listen when I am running.

My average pace would have been even better without the hill and I forgot to stop the watch for a few minutes after I got home, but it is generally improving lately.

After breakfast and a shower I have to work. I put on some music whilst I do that. A discovery today was uKanDanz who mix European jazz with African vocals on a Black Sabbath cover.

Rock on and run free!
