Description from Strava:
I missed out on a weekend run. I was barcode scanning at parkrun and then out all day on Sunday, so I needed to get back to it. I was out last night too and so am late in writing this up for it to appear on Hive.

It was a little chilly out yesterday, but running warms me up. I opted for the big hill again, but a different way to last week. I was finding it hard, but then my fitness is down as shown on the graph in Strava. I hope to get it back up soon.

I had to walk a few times to recover, but not for very long. I am not really worrying about the pace. On the way back down I stopped at the outdoor gym for a few reps of various arm exercises and some sit-ups. I forgot to stop my watch, so that accounts for slow pace then. I rarely see anyone else using that equipment.

I do hope to run at parkrun this week, but if they are desperate then I will volunteer. I am almost at fifty times for that.

I hope your week is going well. Run free.
