Shortly after I was in Jakarta, (you can read here, in this post) I took a bus to go to Banten, looking for a cheap and clean hotel, then I had breakfast with friends who participated in this trip. The desire to visit Banten at that time was to see firsthand the tomb of Sultan Hasanuddin, which was not far from the location of the hotel I chose.

Kota Serang ( كَوتَ سَيرَڠْ ) is the capital of Banten Province. And in this city, there are many historical places I can visit. The island of Java is vast, from Jakarta to Surabaya, taking more than 12 hours by bus or train.
